General Diploma Course

Students at this level may choose between Music Pedagogy and Choral Conducting complying with their special interests.

In this course in solfege, music theory there are two levels: One and Two. Students of General Level One performing excellently on the end-of-year test might be advised by the faculty to take the entrance test to the Advanced Diploma Course. For students of General Level Two, successful end-of-year test is regarded as an entrance test to the Advanced Diploma Course.
The overall aim of this course is to make the student acquainted with the principles of the Kodály philosophy and to offer a specialized and comprehensive study in music pedagogy and choral conducting focusing on its theoretical and practical aspects, as well as to develop the student's musical skills.
