Assistant lecturer of solfege, music theory and choral conducting at the Zoltán Kodály Pedagogical Institute of Music, Kecskemét.
Education
1994-1998: Conservatory of Music, Szombathely - clarinet, solfege and music theory.
1998-2003: Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music, Budapest - Department of Choral Conducting and Music Education - Diploma with honours.
His professors were: Péter Erdei (conducting), Katalin Komlós (music theory),
Miklós Szabó (solfege).
Courses with: Simon Carrington, Pierre Cao, Paul Crabb, János Czifra, Erik Eriksson, Max Frey, Josep Vila and Roy Wales.
2003-2004: DAAD-Scholarship at the Academy of Music, Munich - studies of conducting with Prof. Michael Gläser and Prof. Max Frey.
Since 2004 he has studied at the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music - Doctor of Liberal Arts (DLA) in choral conducting.
Musical activity
Since 1995 he has led the choir of his home town
Since 2001 he has sung in the Purcell Choir (leader: György Vashegyi)
2002: he founded the Buxtehude Chamber Ensemble
2004: he conducted J. S. Bach's Ascension-Oratorio in Munich
Teaching
2005: he gave a course in the Kodály Institute. Subject: Mikrokosmos in the makrokosmos (on the basis of the Mikrokozmosz I-VI, 2. Piano Concert and the Concerto by Béla Bartók).
